I can’t find a work flow that I’m happy with, be it with the laptop, the typewriter,  external keyboards, by voice dictation; or on my iPods, or on theoretical iPads, tablets, combo-toaster/writing devices; fountain pens and these Swedish notebooks I have are close to ideal, but they’re slow—too slow—and messy (very messy).

I realized this morning that my main problem is my body. And what I want most is to write (and have it come out on the page, of course) only with my brain. No typing, no wrist strain, no looking, no squinting, no tired eyes, no sitting, no slouching. No friction.

Essentially the impossible. So back to being happy about being unhappy with what I have.
